In Memoriam - John Howard and Sylvia Blundell

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the recent death of two of our members John Howard and Sylvia Blundell (Rochester and Chatham Branch).

John, along with his wife Dawn, have over the years been stalwarts for attending many events in costume. John had suffered for many years with long term illness. Our thoughts are with Dawn and her family in their loss.

Sylvia was one of the Rochester & Chatham branches longest serving member, a former Hon Gen Secretary and Management Committee member. For many years Sylvia attended International DF conferences, Central DF and branch meetings. Sylvia, along with what we affectionately called, the other two South London Ladies,  liked to support our outreach events in dazzling costume and amaze us with her photographic memory of Dickens works and characters. Sincere condolences to Sylvia's family.
