Donations

Three of the Dickens Fellowship’s founding aims entail a commitment to charitable and preservationist causes, as follows:

To spread the love of humanity, which is the keynote of all [Dickens’s] works; and to exercise such charitable support as would have appealed strongly to the heart of Charles Dickens;
To take such measures as may be expedient to alleviate those existing social evils, the amelioration of which would have enlisted [Dickens’s] support;
To assist in the preservation and purchase of buildings and objects associated with his name or mentioned in his work.
