THE DICKENS FELLOWSHIP COMMEMORATE THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE DEATH OF DICKENS
On Tuesday 7th June the annual wreath-laying service took place in Westminster Abbey. The Fellowship wreath was laid by one of Britain’s leading novelists, Sebastian Faulks CBE FRSL. The text of his wonderful oration will be published in a future issue of The Dickensian. A wreath was also laid on behalf of Gad’s Hill School. We are grateful to the Venerable Tricia Hillas, Canon in Residence who conducted the service and to the Dean and Chapter of Westminster Abbey.
